AIM stands for Actively Integrating Minorities and was founded as a beacon of hope and inspiration from a broken man AIMing to build a better life for his family!
During the birth of his son, the founder anticipated feelings of warmth, love, and excitement as he welcomed his firstborn son and future king. Instead, he found himself grappling with a sense of hypocrisy, overwhelmed by feelings of guilt and inadequacy.
These emotions stemmed from his deep desire, as a black man, to encourage his son to pursue his aspirations and reach his full potential, to lead a life free of fear, and to conquer any obstacles in his path. He yearned to impart to his son the vision of the Great American Dream.
The idea of this dream is truly remarkable, a concept often encountered in our youth that once felt within reach. However, as we journey through life, we seem to have misplaced that fervor and determination.
At this moment AIM was born - The goal of AIM STEAM Products is to provide fun, hands-on products that promote critical thinking, problem solving and open-ended play!

We believe these core skills can help prepare the youth especially those from underserved communities develop interest and key foundational skills needed to thrive in future STEAM learning!
